>Give yourself time and be patient with the process.This is a habit in the mind that needs to be replaced with a good, healthy habit.Be encouraged because as I said God knows your every thought(Psalm 139) and He cares deeply for you.
He created you and knows when you sit and rise.
God is love and He loves you very much!!!!!!
I challenge you to ask Him to come into your life and seek to know Him and His plan for you. He has one specifically for you; that no other person can accomplish.
This verse from His Word has helped me alot
Thou will be in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on Thee because thou trusteth in Thee.
First, I see that I'm to keep my mind on Him and trust Him for my everyday concerns.
Those thoughts you are having are just thoughts; you do not need to fear the thoughts. They have no power over you. You don't need to act upon your thoughts and everything that bombards your mind.
You need to refocus your attention onto other things that interest you. What are you passionate of?
Put on music with uplifting lyrics; I put praise music on and it lifts me up and out of my negative thoughts.
Change the habit of these particular thoughts but give the anxiety associated with it over to God and ask for His help.
Also, what do you watch on TV,movies,internet? What do you read? If you're finding that these thoughts are coming from what your feeding your mind then turn it over to God and ask Him to release you from them in Jesus' name. Ask Him to help you to focus on good, positive, constructive issues.
Today can be the first day of your being on your way to wholeness and freedom.
