> I face pure O obssessive thoughts that are related to fear and anxiety. But at the same time i also face intrusive guilty thoughts that i should have done this or that that could have possibly prevented a particular harm situation. so when i encounter a particular so-called harm situation it makes me fearful but at the same time i count on things i could have possibly done to prevent such a situation and the result is exceesive ruminating and guilt thoughts, blaming myself ( thinking i m not good for anything)to a level that makes me angry on myself and that i start falling on depressive symptoms . This has become a pattern since some months now and these guilt thoughts are very distressing because they affect your confidence and this reflects in other areas of your life. if Anyonefaces such a similar pattern, please do discuss on how do u deal with such a situation.
